Flatt Lonesome, is aptly described as a “bluegrass phenomenon”, “tour de force” and “the real deal”. This young band, in a seemingly short period of time, has accrued honors, nominations, awards and top charting songs, as well as repeat appearances on the Grand Ole Opry stage. They are, as their 3rd album suggests, a “Runaway Train”.
Alan Bibey & Grasstowne, is a band comprised of some of the most diversely talented and highly respected musicians in bluegrass and acoustic music. This makes Alan Bibey & Grasstowne one of the hottest and most energetic bands touring today, combining tradition with hard driving, progressive bluegrass.
The Special Consensus, is a long time, well known, highly respected, award winning bluegrass band. Lead by veteran banjo picker Greg Cahill since 1975, this band stands the test of time. Alumni of Special Consensus reads like a who’s who, with some of the biggest names now in music, former members of this dynamic band.
The Kody Norris Show, SPBGMA 2018 nominees, gives a bluegrass fan one of the most solid, entertaining and animated performances they will ever experience. The performances of The Kody Norris Show are reminiscent of traditional bluegrass artists, yet Kody brings his own special, distinct flair to the music.
Old Growth Quartet, is a regional band that delivers powerful harmony vocals with a repertoire of soulful acoustic music. Their unique vocal connection is the centerpiece of Old Growth Quartet. The band features an eclectic repertoire of traditional and original music with deep roots in bluegrass, country and folk, performed with real firepower.
Rusty Hinges Bluegrass, grew out of the bluegrass jam circles at local festivals. Their music is a blend of traditional and contemporary bluegrass and Americana. Each member is a veteran of the Pacific Northwest bluegrass scene. Their collective experience results in a musical program that is polished and entertaining.

For those of you not quite ready for the high speed jam sessions heard all over the grounds, our Slow Jam is the place to practice your chops and learn how to maneuver a jam session and maximize your enjoyment picking with other folks and meeting new bluegrass friends!

To round out the festival experience, we have a team of young performers lead by Jake Monroe, signed on to instruct our youth instrument workshops, Taylor’s Camp. Taylor’s Camp is designed to perpetuate the tradition of passing our bluegrass heritage to the next generation. For our Adult Instrument Workshops, learn some new tricks and tips to amuse and amaze even you, from the top notch musicians of our headliner bands!
Wake up Sunday with the Sunday Morning Gospel Show featuring Rusty Hinges Bluegrass, The Kody Norris Show and Special Consensus.
We will have food and merchandise vendors available, for when you need some nourishment to keep going or a souvenir to take home with you as a reminder of all the fun and enjoyment.
