The Park Blocks Bluegrass Festival is an entire day of bluegrass performances, workshops and jamming located in the heart of downtown Portland. Hosted by the First Congregational Church, the venue is a 125 year old 800 seat amphitheater with many more spaces for jamming, drinking, performing and teaching. On the doorstep of the church are Portland beautiful Park Blocks which will provide myriad space and open air for more pickin’ and grinnin’.
