The Oregon Mandolin Orchestra will be performing in a Summer Special Concert to celebrate the sunny joy and bountiful opportunity of the season.
“This summer’s concert will be a mostly breezy affair with plenty of upbeat offerings,” said Christian McKee, the orchestra’s music director. “The program also will include a ‘goodbye-for-now’ presentation of original music composed for the orchestra and a few sneak peeks at this October’s celebration of Black American Music and mandolinists.”
Besides an in-person performance at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church, the concert can be livestreamed online through Zoom. To sign in, use this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87530908286 . No meeting ID is required.
Suggested donation, in-person or livestream, is $10 per person.
