The Bluegrass Special is a series of intimate concerts by artists of regional and national reputation, presented by the Oregon Bluegrass Association at the Fremont Theater. The group,consisting of John Moore (mandolin, guitar, vocals), Dennis Caplinger (banjo, fiddle, vocals), and Steve Spurgin (bass, vocals) is well-known internationally and tours all over the world.
