SUMMARY:Gospel Bluegrass Concert in SE Portland
DESCRIPTION:The Day Brothers bring amazing harmonies and deliver them with heartfelt energy and soul.  They draw from the rich traditions of gospel bluegrass\, southern gospel and traditional gospel songs and weave them together for a great concert.  This venue is often the host of southern gospel bands traveling through our area\, and they are excited to host this bluegrass gospel concert.  The Day Brothers consist of David from Portland\, Daniel from Oklahoma and John from Washington.  They are joined on their summer tour by Reed Stutz from Boston\, and Seth Wiggins from Portland.

SUMMARY:Party in the Pines at Day Chiropractic Thursday afternoon 6/27
DESCRIPTION:Day Chiropractic is sponsoring their annual “Party in the PInes” on Thursday\, June 27th from 3 – 6 pm celebrating 33 years of service keeping our community healthy!  This will feature free BBQ pulled-pork sandwiches and ice cream sponsored by the Clinic.  ‘The Day Brothers” and “Julie and the Wayves” will be the live bands.  This is a setting like a festival\, so please bring a lawn chair to sit on.  We take up the entire parking lot for the event\, so we ask that you find parking thoughout the neighborhood and walk to the event.  We are located just south of Powell on the east side of SE 122nd Avenue.  For those of you who wish to jam\, we will have an after-concert jam starting at 6 pm.  If it is very hot\, we can store your instrument in the air-conditioned clinic.  This is the last Portland-area concert on the Day Brothers’ summer 2019 concert tour.  This event is for the community\, so you are welcome even if you aren’t a patient at our clinic.
