Sam Hill, one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier bluegrass acts from about 1993 until their breakup in 2005, has reunited with a stellar cast of players and is beginning to perform in the area. The group features original members Jeff Smith on mandolin/vocals and Doug Sammons on guitar/vocals, with Peter Schwimmer on banjo/vocals, Amy Hakanson on fiddle/vocals, and Chuck Davidshofer on bass/vocals.
